Yes, im having the same problem.. trying to list on my phone, cant select condition on anything.. so you cant list anything.. Workaround is to go to your desktop and create the listing there, and save the draft there, and then go to your phone and finish putting in pics on the phone.. Worked that way for me, but as of now, i cant list on my phone which is my main way to list. Ebay really is becoming the laughing stock of the online marketplace. so sad.
