Cannot make revisions to ANY multi-item Listings, anyone else?

I cannot revise quantity , price or anything on ANY of my multi- item listings today.

I can get to the first page ....the page that shows description and main gallery photo but when i click on the button to go into the variation part of the listing, nothing happens just the blue wheel spinning.

I have been trying for the last 3 hours on and off. Tried using various computers, also from my phone and my sons phone....nothing. I can revise regular listings just not any of my multi variation listings.

Just me?

Same here, and I tried restarting my computer and using other devices to no avail. Hope they fix this ASAP!

Same here, photos will NOT load so you can not edit anything!

My listing is still spinning to load photos after 20 minutes!

Going to leave it open and see how long this takes to load.

Come On EBAY get on the ball and fix this issue!

Yes, your registered name with eBay must now match your bank account 100%. Since we are a business, we had to open a new 'business' account with our bank and use that account with eBay moving forward. Not a big deal as we can transfer from one account to another. But it did take a little time to do so. Once it was done and we linked it with eBay, they had everything going in 24 hours.

For single item listing no problem but for multi item listings we cannot able to update anything on the listing. Main photo section on item details page is trying to load and the green circle rounds rounds rounds.... no reponse 😞 loosing money

IN ORDER TO EDIT STOCK QUANTITIY FOR MULTI-ITEM LISTINGS!

1- Go to Manage active listings under Listings tab

2- Select 2/3 or more of your items you would like update

3- Under Edit select "Edit Selected"

4- Select the items from the left select boxes and click "Edit price"

5- Now under "Select action" you should choose "Edit Listing Individually"

6- Than you can able to change the stock quantities of your multi-listing items

Dont forget to submit after you saved your listings

This is the only way I found to update my multi-item lstings

Yep same here, eBay is such a joke in regards to how they handle these type of fixes. I'm sure it'll be another 3 days before this is fixed.

This worked for me, and it might actually be faster that opening up the standard editing window.

How does this issue get reported to eBay?

I've had issues before that I had assumed to be known but found out that they had not received any calls on it.

Is there another way of reporting system issues without calling ( there is a 20+ minute hold for next available rep)?
