I sold an item and the buyer asked to cancel the order saying they ordered by mistake. I agreed to cancel it. However, the total is still being counted as a sale toward my selling limits. Is this typical? I was under the assumption that if the transaction didn't take place that it would not be counted. Is there anything I can do about this? I wanted to sell one more item and it is now saying it would be over my limit.

You could call CS and hope that they will help with this. Otherwise, your limits will re-set at the beginning of November (a new month).

You can ask for fewer restrictions to a new account every 30 days.
