I canceled the wrong order by mistake. Two identical orders were next to each other and I made a mistake. Can I undo this cancellation? The buyer has already received a refund, and I don't see an option to undo it anywhere.
How much does it cost? If it was under $10 you already have their address. I would just mail it to them and let them know you feel terrible about it and wanted to send it as a gift. You will have more free advertising than you could pay for and will have a customer for life.
No..........you have to apologize, relist and ask the buyer to rebuy..........if you to make it up to him, you could lower the price slightly when you relist.........or tell him to make an offer at a lower price and you will accept.
