Is there a way to make your own canned feedback?

I see that it is there but it talks about great communication and I never speak to most of my buyers.  Is there way to override that with my own Canned Feedback?

I'm not at all sure what you are asking, but here goes: When leaving feedback, you can create a feedback statement that you can use over and over again, or you can customize it each time you leave feedback.

That's what I want.  A feedback to leave all buyer that I have sold to without any contact.
