looks like you used reserves on some of your listings..........which are nonrefundable charges whether the item sells or not.
As a new seller...........though the charges are spelled out........ebay will usually issue some, if not all, charges......try to contact them thru Ebay for Business Facebook Page......read the rules for questions.
Just as a suggestion........ask politely for help, don't threaten or demand, and if you try to list somewhere else, be sure you understand what you are doing and what it's going to cost...........

$800 what item(s) did you sell?
Must have been quit a large sum to owe that much
as a brand new eBay seller with no feedback you are a PRIME TARGET for scammers counting on your inexperience and greed to take take advantage of you
follow advice posted above by dhbooks
Also
I was buying on eBay for a full year prior to selling off my low coat movie collection when i changed from VHS to DVD
There is much to learn educate yourself as much as you can
Start slow listing low cost items so that your mistakes when you make them will not be serious costly ones
Regroup and start over if you still want to sell on line
Good Luck
Did you bother to read the eBay policies and rules prior to selling

Read the Terms of Use you agreed to when you became a member of eBay to sell or to buy.
Look at Section 18, Legal Disputes.
You specifically waived your right to bring or to participate in a class action lawsuit against eBay.
Save your energy for something that might actually help you resolve whatever problems you're having.

You have to know the basic venue policies BEFORE starting to sell. Reading and understanding policies is critical, no matter which venue you sell on. You are wasting time taking revenge.
Best of luck on future endeavors.

And those reserve fees are hefty - 7.5% of the reserve price. The reserve on the one listing for the expensive necklace is at least 50 bucks(just going off of the starting price, since we don't know what the reserve is).
That adds up very fast.
If the OP starts at the least they are willing to take, that saves that money lost to the reserve fees. Plus, a lot of people won't bid on an auction with a reserve.

My experance with e-bay has been horrible. Every customer wanted me to send gift card. The one item I did sell ,they gave full refund. After customer received Merchandise. I am going to legal advise. Billed me over 800.and did not sell one thing. I will be posting my experance every where possible, in hopes no one ever has to deal With poor conditions dealing with eBay . They really violate, basic constitutional rights. They should not be doing business in America it’s unfair business trade act. Cannot reach them by phone or email . yet they can manage to bill you outrageous fees for nothing. There should be a class action lawsuit against them and I will pursue that .sincerely Dawn
The specific remedy that you are seeking ?

New sellers really need to spend a little time reading about the fee's and how Ebay works.
When you use a reserve, there is a fee for that and you pay the fee even if the item doesn't sell.

GENERAL REPLY
In my view ( and this may just be me), RESERVE auctions are a waste of money and I do not usually bother to bid on them when doing business i want everything clear and all information in plain sight
if your price is more then i am willing to pay i want to know that too.
As A seller i found them not a good sales tool for me personally and also a waste of time and money
that is my personal experience with reserve auctions others
Why not simply make your starting bid your reserve price ?
Plus NO EXTRA FEES
STAY SAFE EVERYONE

Billed me over 800.and did not sell one thing.
Based on your closed listings I suspect your Reserve Price fees were several hundreds of dollars.
The Reserve Price option incurs hefty fees of 7.5% of the reserve, which are billed whether or not your item sells. This information is disclosed at the time you elect that option.
I will be posting my experance every where possible
Make sure you mention that you freely chose to pay eBay most of those fees.
yet they can manage to bill you outrageous fees for nothing
They "managed" to bill them because you "managed" to choose the Reserve Price option, and then chose to accept the fees when you confirmed the listing.
There should be a class action lawsuit against them and I will pursue that
Recent events have proven that there are plenty of lawyers in Washington who will take your money to file lawsuits that have no chance of succeeding.

Very Good point luckythewinner
Sellers have to know and keep track of fee charges at ALL times
Costly lesson for this O.P.
