Can you send an invoice just for shipping after buyer has paid

I have a buyer who has paid for their item which was pick up only, and now they want it shipped! Is there any way to invoice them for shipping?

The only way to do it is to cancel the sale and relist it with shipping. Then get them to buy again.

Don't do it ...don't bend urself FOR EBAY, or they're App, EBAY DOES NOT, I REEEEEPEAT, DO NOT BACK UP, OR HELP THE SELLER!!!!! The buyer??? Can bid on ur item, BEAT OUT POTENTIAL OTHER BUYERS, then WIN THAT BID?? PULL OUT, now YOU OWE A FEE, because the buyer all sudden, doesn't think ur item is "real"!! After 14 days!!! Lol dam 👉🏻🤡's on here I swear (eBay)

We have sent invoices for shipping multiple times (e.g. shipping where we don't normally and expedited shipping) and never had an issue.  We create the invoice in PayPal and note that it is for shipping part number/item number XXX.  Then you can provide a link to the invoice through messaging and once it is paid (buyer pays directly through the invoice), ship it.

This is all great advice however I can’t cancel it because after the sale the buyer filed a payment dispute with eBay (which was totally false and eBay ruled in my favour).  I sent a message to eBay saying I wanted to cancel over two weeks ago and have heard nothing! Buyer is now constantly messaging me saying they want me to send it to them and I don’t know what to do! I can’t find a way to follow up with eBay. Any ideas?

what is the status of the payment, refunded?.......and what was the reason the case was filed?

bought a pick-up only item and then request to ship. 

File a payment with. I assume it was with their payment service. Did they actually file one or telling you this?

Why send a message to eBay that you want to cancel? I would think you can still cancel based on 'issue with buyer's address. which is true. Should be an easy refund of their payment, relist the item, and add buyer to your block list. 

If you relist for pick-up only. Note that buyer pays at pick-up only and not an electronic payment after their inspection and approval.
