So, I read the policy and I really should be asking if a spear gun is considered a firearm? Personally, I wouldn't think so, but I do not know if eBay considers them as a firearm?
They are legal in all states (although using them has some restrictions and its really based off various fishing seasons), so no issues there. I see a few thousand listed which I know doesn't really mean anything, but it could also mean it is allowed.
