Did you mean:

Can you help me?

I had the same problem, I'm a real seller, but now I can only buy. But can't sell. This annoys me so much! Is there a solution!I stock a lot of stuff, it's all mine. I am very depressed right now.

Re: Can you help me?

You sold several things early in this month.  What happened after that?

Why is your account restricted?

What type of communication did you receive from e-Bay that now prevents you from selling?

Did you have Buyer issues, claims?

Re: Can you help me?

OP is at 96.5% which should have cut them off from selling.

Re: Can you help me?

Strange -- have seen sellers with far less than that who are apparently still able to sell.

Do we know for sure that there's a "cuttoff point" and where it is, exactly?

@katzrul15

Looks to me a little price gouging on baby formula and it may have been reported?

@silverstatetreasureboxes

Once again, you nailed it.  Ebay posted earlier that they weren't gonna tolerate this price gouging either.  Wow.

This one is done.

There is no such cut off point for a seller to be prohibited from selling based on a feedback percentage. The member has posted incorrect information, which, apparently other members found "helpful." Disappointed that a Community Mentor would put forth that kind of misconception.

Re: Can you help me?

Were you pre-approved to sell the things you are selling (or were selling)?

https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/products-require-preapproval-policy?i...

For the masks and baby formula  you need to be a registered business seller who meets the following criteria:

Seller has an established history of active selling for at least 90 days, with 100 or more transactions and $1,000 or more in sales in the last 12 months
Seller maintains a track record of delivering positive buying experiences, including an account that is Above Standard or Top Rated
Seller complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and eBay policies
Seller has registered for eBay managed payments and verified their identity

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Re: Can you help me?

Feedback only matters to eBay when it becomes a -4 rating. Then they automatically become NARU.

Re: Can you help me?

Ebay hasn't used feedback to evaluate sellers for many years now.  Feedback is just too subjective.

I'll buy from a low volume seller with feedback in the low 90s or even 80s because it only takes one nutbar negative to do that to a low volume seller - it all depends on the feedback left.  Some poor seller with one neg about not liking  pink packing peanuts or because Fedex left their package in the rain deserves some love as long as the rest of their feedback received is good.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Re: Can you help me?

Your policy regarding seller FB seems well thought out and rational.

If they could, I bet those low volume sellers would send you a thank you for giving them a chance.
