I bided for an item and I won, afterwards was messaging the seller to know the condition of the item and talk about how to make collection for the item, Have send series of messages to the seller but no respond at all so I guess the seller did not receive my messages at all is it because I’m a new member?
Have you received an invoice from the seller? Have you paid for the item? Is the seller shipping the item to you or are you picking it up? Questions about the condition should have been asked before you purchased the item not after. If you have not paid for the item after 4 days it is highly likely the seller will cancel the transaction for non-payment and you will receive a non-payment strike, not a good way to start out as a new buyer.
If you have paid the seller should ship the item within their specified timeframe and you should receive tracking information provide the item is shipping through a service that provides it. Not sure what you bought or whom you bought it from but the seller could be simply ignoring the messages or they are a very large seller that does not have time or is not staffed to handle question responses.
