Can you let us know what you need to have done. Item not received? Return ?
You don't really need to contact seller, and some sellers can be deadbeats.

You didn't provide a lot of details about how you are trying to contact the seller or what your question is/are but if you purchased the item(s) and received something other than what the seller described or listed even though you are in the UK as a buyer you are covered by the eBay money back guarantee.
You can simply open a NAD claim and the seller will have to respond or after 3 days you can ask eBay to step in and you will be fully refunded for the item and allowed to keep it regardless of whether it was the sellers fault or if it was damaged in shipping. Following is a link to the eBay MBG policy.

I bided for an item and I won, afterwards was messaging the seller to know the condition of the item and talk about how to make collection for the item, Have send series of messages to the seller but no respond at all so I guess the seller did not receive my messages at all is it because I’m a new member?

So you bid on an item and won. Have you paid for it?
Questions about the condition of the item are better asked before bidding or buying.
Are you saying this was a local pickup item, but the seller does not reply to questions about where you can pick it up?
Instead of dribbling out info one post at a time, how about giving us absolutely all the information you can possibly think of that would help us to help you address the problem?

Wasn't there a description in that listing? If there was go back and read it & that will tell you the items description...hopefully.
Good luck

Have you received an invoice from the seller? Have you paid for the item? Is the seller shipping the item to you or are you picking it up? Questions about the condition should have been asked before you purchased the item not after. If you have not paid for the item after 4 days it is highly likely the seller will cancel the transaction for non-payment and you will receive a non-payment strike, not a good way to start out as a new buyer.
If you have paid the seller should ship the item within their specified timeframe and you should receive tracking information provide the item is shipping through a service that provides it. Not sure what you bought or whom you bought it from but the seller could be simply ignoring the messages or they are a very large seller that does not have time or is not staffed to handle question responses.

You need to ask questions (or read the seller's item description) BEFORE you bid on an item! The seller might be thinking you are a scammer or time waster.
You need to pay for the item you won, or ask the seller to cancel the order. If you don't, the seller may open a payment dispute against you for not having paid. He may have also put you on his Blocked Bidders List already, since it sounds like you are bombarding him with messages
