Can't put item for sale

I've tried multiple times to put an item for sale, but once I have the draft finished and go to post for sale Ebay requests I login again and when I do it gives me an error.

Not a wrong password error, just  this:

"An error has occurred.

The application is not working at the moment. Try again later"

This happened multiple days in a row. Any one else having this issue or has a solution?

Not sure how Ebay is working in Portugal... your account was created in 2014 and not showing any feedback for SELLING stuff. Just purchases.

Have you converted your account for selling? Are you set up for Managed Payments? I don't tink you can list anything for sale without doing that first

Are you trying to sell an expensive item?? It may be above your selling limit.

In most every country in the world you have to register as a seller and provide means to pay taxes to your government on the sales.

Never put an item for sale. To be honest was not aware I needed to "convert" my account. I think I'm set up for Managed Payment but will check.

You need to have a payment method to be paid.  Did you sign up for managed payments?  If not, go here:
