i was opted in to eis. i looked at some of my items and i am puzzled as to how items are in the program. for example i sell some world coins and they dont seem to be in the program. i think they should since that is what international shipping is all about.
then really puzzling is my usa coins. some are in like mercury dimes but others are not in like washington quarters. seems to be inconsistent or maybe i dont understand the program.
also how is the program determining the sales cost for shipping to each country. is there a schedule somewhere showing the shipping cost?
