Can't make new label with correct address...

I need to void a UPS label and make a new one as the return address is wrong. When I click void it brings to a page which says..

"This label does not need to be voided because we'll charge you only once the shipping label has been used".

But there is no option/link for me to make a new label with the correct return address because the system already confirmed I made a label for this particular sale.

I can't wait 5 days for the current label to "expire" as the item needs to be shipped by the 22nd.

Hrm...There should be an option to "purchase another label" under manage all orders.  No need to void Fedex or UPS.

FedEx and UPS labels are not charged until they're used. And then they're usually charged at a much higher rate than the estimate you were given.

You can just trash the original and "purchase another label" (as singular-source has suggested) for your shipment. 

Before doing that, however, you might want to make sure that your address is correct in eBays system... that address is what they use to print the return address on your outbound labels. If it's wrong this time around, it'll be wrong on the new label too.

If dimensions and weight are accurate the actual charge is pretty close in my experience.  Definitely not exact and usually higher.  Stay away from Fedex Smartpost lol.

Find the order in the Seller Hub, check the dropdown  on the right, there may be a choice "mark not shipped".

Try that and see if you can now print another label.

Really? So even with the measurements and weight dead-on, I might get charged higher? What kind of scam are these guys (eBay and UPS) running?

I can't even find a "manage all orders" page. I have active and sold items. There is no option on the sold items page to purchase another label.

I cannot find any option to "purchase another label" anywhere on the site or under any of the sellers and sold links/pages/drop-down menus. Not just me, my wife and my son looked for 10 minutes too. I'm sure it's staring us in our faces... but where?

In the spot where you can click to print your shipping label on your sold items (called orders now) there should be a down arrow to pick other options.  After you have printed a label, it flips to sell similar, but the down arrow has many other choices and the first one is purchase another label.

You can contact eBay via phone and they should be able to walk you through it.  Wait times for phone calls are only a few minutes last I called.  Seller customer service is actually really good.  Also what Fedex UPS actually charges might be 25 cents higher than what is actually calculated.  It is not far off.

I keep reading horror stories where the actual cost to ship vs the ebay shipping estimates for UPS was 30%-40% more money. For my package ebay quotes me $67.70, the UPS website quotes me $106.10. Same measurements and weight, 20x20x20 67.5 lbs.  USPS says $86.52. I think I'll be taking it there, seems like a happy medium.

I don't know what the problem may be.  I just checked my non-store ID and the print another label was in the same spot.  Are you looking at your item under "orders"?

I cannot find any link or reference to an "ORDERS" page.  I did eventually find "Print Another Label" under "My eBay Shipping labels" but I assumed that was just to re-print a label. Seems the option should be to "Print A New Label" rather than "Another" label. Thanks for your help just the same!
