Can't list, even when I have my paypal account linked

I can't list anything, when I tried to list it used to give me "To list this item, you need to accept PayPal or other approved electronic payments as a payment method." what can I do to list?

Ebay has moved from Paypal to Managed Payments..have you received an email about that?

You probably have to sign up for Managed Payments, eBay's jungle-gym of handling payments to sellers.

Everyone hasn't been jammed into Managed Payments yet. I haven't gotten one single email or eBay message about it and it doesn't show up when I list something. No idea when the message may show up! Maybe when it does I can collect that $4.00 eBay still owes me from Billpoint! LOL

Hi, Unlink and relink the PayPal account, make sure to verify the PayPal account. If the problem persists, contact the eBay support team. You can also try cleaning the entire history from your browser, update the browser to the latest version. Check whether your PayPal account is working properly or not.
