Anyone having the same problem? For weeks, i just can't list anything. Anytime i want to make a listing and press the maginifier icon, i got the message that the page is not in function. Any ebay tech support here that could tell me what's going on?

Have you registered your account with Payoneer to be paid? You've been on Ebay 5 days. You just don't sign on to Ebay and start selling. There are requirements before you sell. Go to the links I'm providing and get the ball rolling:

I am selling on ebay for over 7 years. This is my second account. I can't make a listing on my other account with over 100 feedbacks as well...I get the same message...

Things have changed. There is no more Paypal for payments. Why don't you just sell on your old account? Did you have any problems with it? If you have registered w/ Payoneer and you're still getting the same reply, try contacting customer service thru Facebook:

These are US Ebay employees who can better serve you with the issue at hand. Many positive posts here with their ability to be helpful.

I am getting the same message on my other account. And no, there is nothing wrong with it. It is my bussines account.

I just opened another, private account to sell other various stuffs, not related to my company. Do I have to open payoneer even on private account? If so, why it didn't ask me when i was registering my selling account?

Yes, you do. You are located in Croatia, so Payoneer is the payment processor. Go to the link I provided earlier and get your account set up so you can start selling. Hopefully not too long of a wait. Again, if you have any more issues, use that facebook link I sent to you and see if they can be helpful.
