Can't find where can I edit my listings Handling Time

Hello guys, 
I was watching this video from Ebay: https://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/shipping/handling-time.html 
and I went into the Seller Hub, but there is no that option for changing the Handling Time on my listings. 
Please help, or let me know how can I get in touch with Ebay real person customer support.

If you use Business Policies, the handling time is specified on each Shipping Policy:

Otherwise, sorry - I have been using Business Policies for so long I have no idea where to set it when you are not using Business Policies.

Go to Seller Hub>active listings

Check off the ones you want to change

Click on Edit at top left>choose individually or all, that takes you to bulk edit

Again check off the items you want to edit and then click on down arrow in Edit Fields at top left

That gives a list of what you can change.........handling time is in the list, click on that and it will give you the options.

I think this might be what you are looking foer; Go to active lisitings select one or more of your listings click a  option will come up that gives the opportunity to change a number of items handling time is one of those options.

Hmm,

Click 'Revise Item'

Scroll down the page to where it says 'Handling Time' in a drop down menu.

Once you change your handling time for the item click 'Update Listing' at the bottom of the page.

I swear more than 80% of the answers to questions are just a click away.  I have never once watched a video on how to do anything on ebay.  Just click revise item on something inexpensive you have listed and play around with the options to figure things out.

Hello buddy, and thanks for your reply. 
It was here in the Edit Fields, however Handling Times was not visible on my Seller Hub, not a field by itself but I found out that it was under the Shipping Policy, so luckily I was able to edit the Handling time on all my listings in bulk.
