Can't do a sales promo without a Store?

 I downgraded my store-don't have one anymore, But i'm trying to do a sale event , I can't find how to do this,,or does one need a store to do a 25% off sale, Any help would be great - TY

yes, you need some sort of a store to do a sale. if you would go to seller central I think all the answers to exactly what you get with a store is in there..look for the faq's I think.

Sorry, you need a store to do that. 

Before i had a store i used to just type out in red font "SALE!"

"Was $19.95 marked down to $17.50" and manually marked it down.
