I sold the item (4 water goblets) last week. Shipped them out on Friday. That was the day I was notified of the sale, ( so shipped on first day)
today, I see a message somewhere that said I was passed shipping time. Then I see that the goblets were sold again to another buyer.
I write to both buyers apologizing and explained to the second buyer. I don’t know what other action to take. I’ve seen so many suggestions, but not sure if they are current and correct. And also can’t find any drop down menus anywhere.

You have a 'quantity' of 4 of these for sale; it should just be 1 (1 set of 4) so that is why it sold so many times.
There is no 'easy' step by step to fix this; you sold 1, you shipped it, and you sold it again yesterday 11/9.
You contacted the buyers, and the most newest one, you need to cancel and refund. You will get a ding because you are 'out of stock' is your reason.
In the future, if you are selling a 'set of 1000' or whatever, you STILL only have 1 available- unless you are selling them individually, then you NEVER have a picture of MORE than 1.

you need to cancel the sale using the out of stock reason. Unfortunately you will receive a ding on your service metrics.

Thank you so much! But where exactly do I do that? I spent several hours earlier today trying to find that action or any action for that matter.

@delsvi-0 there are 2 steps to this problem. @stainlessenginecovers noticed you have MORE listed then you ever had.
First you need to cancel the "sale" for the 2nd sale, Go to ORDERS....locate that order you will see "get shipping label" next the that you will see a little box...hover over that box and a drop down menu will open...click on CANCEL sale. Follow the directions from there.
Next you need to cancel the live listing. Go to active listings....then find that listing... click END listing. Then follow the prompts.
DO not forget to go to unsold listings and DELETE the listing you just ended. If yuo miss this stem it will relist on you again

Instead of a cancel...and getting that 'ding'...ask the buyer if they would like a replacement of something else for sale within a similar or more upgrade price.
I prefer to suffer a loss of money instead of that 'out of stock'. Just an idea.
'Out of stock' is the kiss of death...
