HOW DO YOU GET HELP ON ANYTHING FROM EBAY? I AM NOT SAVVY WITH SELLING OR CUSTOMER QUESTIONS ON HOW TO HANDLE CERTAIN SITUATIONS! I UNDERSTAND THE PROTOCOL BUT FOR INSTANCE, MY LAST POST ABOUT SOMEONE BEING ABROAD AND TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET ITEM PURCHASED, SHIPPED AND RECEIVED FORWARDED!! SHOULD BE A SIMPLE PROCESS AND HERE I'VE BEEN WORKING ON IT FOR 3 DAYS NOW AND STILL DON'T HAVE ANY ANSWERS OR ABLE TO TALK TO EBAY! THE CUSTOMER IS BEING VERY PATIENT BUT I KNOW MY PATIENCE IS RUNNING OUT !

You had a couple of responses to your earlier post, with a question you never bothered to answer.Difficult to help you if you dont respond to the details of your question.Nobody here has a crystal ball.

In your last post, you gave incomplete information and you were asked a follow-up question, which you ignored and never answered.
It is a shame that you have wasted 3 days, because the excellent sellers on this could probably explain in 5 minutes exactly what you need to do - if you could be bothered to explain the situation completely.

This is beyond the training and charter of Ebay customer service.
This is something you should not need any help with. If you want to offer items to be shipped abroad, your listing must include a shipping method which the buyer can select for his order.
Ebay customer support deals with Ebay specific issues. They do not deal with how you run a business. Without a fundamental understanding of what it takes to be a retailer you cannot be an effective and profitable Ebay seller.
Try to find a relevant adult education course.

I noticed from your previous question that your customer wants to "change shipping address" (this is against EBAY rules). This is also bad for the Seller (customer can claim "did not receive item" and if you cannot provide tracking# item was delivered to the "original address" you will forced to refund the customer.
Seller must cancel this transaction and customer must re-purchase item using their correct address.
Normally, it would be easy to ship international packages as you are already enrolled in EBAY International Shipping program. After customer purchases their item, just package it and ship as normal. Seller ships to USA address and EBAY forwards to the customer in their country.

I apologize for not understanding how the process and selling of items works on ebay! I am far from stupid and never had any intention of doing this, trying to help someone out that got stuck with a shipment!
I'm so glad to hear that you know everything about ebay, running a business and adult education courses. Maybe a good class on RESPECT would be beneficial for you!!

...and answer the questions that were asked of you, as they're significant to the answers you might receive.
One question that comes to me above all others: does the eBay ID of the person asking you to ship the package elsewhere match that of your buyer? If it does not, you are hearing from a scammer. You only ship to the address received with the payment.
If that really is your buyer asking for it to be redirected, you will need to cancel the original purchase and have him purchase again with the correct shipping address this time.
