In the last few months I've had to cancel about a dozen items from buyers who purchased one item but two show up as being sold on my end. I just had three of these in the last 24 hours. They pay for one and the other shows up as waiting for payment. When I ask if they want to cancel the unpaid item, it is always yes. Time-wise, this is painful because it involves messaging back and forth, cancelling the order, and adjusting my stock quantity. And some buyers never get back to me which leaves the item as unpaid eventually.
I have to believe this is a bug in the software. Many buyers tell me their tablet or phone screwed up so I feel it may be a mobile application bug.
Is anyone else experiencing this? And has anyone heard from eBay why this is happening?
