The fastest I can think of is to completely put that thought out of your mind. It isn't a good idea to ever do this.

@connied506 The BEST not fastest way is to NOT contact them for feedback. When you do often they didn't leave it because they had a minor or major issue with the sale. My advice is don't ask for feedback because you might get some you don't want. Buyers don't care too much about feedback, unless it is neutral or negative.
I am speaking from experience. I decided about 7 years ago to stop asking for buyers to leave feedback after most didn't reply or leave feedback, and others said.. well actually I was upset about the condition, or it took long to get it, or the piece wasn't worth the amount. Or even worse... I want my money back.

My advice is to NEVER poke the bear, lol.
As others have said you may get a feedback that you don't want.
Lots of buyers don't leave feedback.
I think everyone is tired of that whole process.

The fastest way to get a negative feedback is to ask buyers for feedback. Some will neg you because they don't like being pestered for feedback, which they know is voluntary. Some will neg you because they were not altogether satisfied but were willing to let it go until you demanded the feedback.

You ideally want to structure yourself in such a way that you never, ever do anything to remind a customer of a transaction after the fact.
Reminding the customer of the transaction will never make you a single dollar. However it can lead to negative feedback, claims and returns.

I'd be like...

I get perhaps 15% of buyers that leave feedback. This is just the way it is.
Glad you decided not to bother your buyers. Good choice.

Sure, just ask! You may regret it went the results start rolling in...
Feedback is voluntary. When you don't receive feedback, sometimes it's better not to ask. Sometimes it's lazy buyers... sometimes it's buyers who weren't 100% satisfied but felt it better to not say anything. Something that annoyed them, bothered them, upset them, but didn't rise to the level of leaving a neutral or negative feedback.
Asking for feedback is POKING THE BEAR ... sometimes you get more than you bargained for

Don't!
You might not like what you receive.
The best way to get feedback is to leave it on shipment. Even that is not very reliable.

I give feedback to all of my buyers after I print the shipping label. I never leave feedback when I make a purchase and don't like it when someone asks for one as it is wasting my time.

The fastest way is to leave your buyers alone.

The fastest way to ask for feedback from past buyers that have not commented on their purchase from you, is to not ask. It takes no time at all.
