One of my buyers has won a bid. But when he tries to pay for it, gets a message saying the item is out of stock. The buyer is aksing me why is that. I don't know how to reply to it. Does anyone have any idea whats going on or Is there any place I can point the buyer to look for? Or Is there a way to do the payment? - URGENT
Thank you,
Best Regards,

This is one of eBay's latest "improvements".
Heaven only knows why, but that message is now added in various places, including sold, single-quantity items like yours.
Your buyer should ignore that message and proceed to pay.

I bet you a nickel that your buyer is not getting a message from ebay saying the item he won from you is out of stock. Your buyer is confused or mistaken or both.

Just putting it out there ... but buyers have been know to come up with some pretty creative excuses not to pay for an item.
I hope things work out for you. Keep us posted.

Nope, that's what the buyer sees now. Makes them think there is something wrong in that the item they bought is out of stock.

That started happening this weekend.
Everything I sold this weekend has OUT OF STOCK at top of page.
