My brother sold a phone and put the description of the condition and specs of the phone. Even threw in some free screen protectors and cases that were not included in the listing as a gift.
They received the phone today and immediately put in a request for refund and the reason they put is: "Doesn't fit."
What does that even mean? The phone doesn't fit what? Is he mad because the free stuff might not fit his phone(which it should?). My listing stated no refunds accepted. Could he possibly win this case if I deny his request?

You can deny it but they can still go do chargeback with CC
By the way since they chose doesn't fit the buyer will have to pay to send it back so I'd just accept it.

If he files a INAD (not as described) return, there is no way you can win.
You may as well accept the return and pay for return shipping.
Refund him when you get the item back.
If it's a cheap item not worth paying for return shipping, you may be better off just refunding him and letting him keep the item.

Buyer chose doesn't fit so I believe that would mean buyer has to pay shipping back

There's a limited number of reasons buyers can select for returns, so they may have accidentally or intentionally chosen the wrong one.
Does the return case give you the option to decline it? If so, it's considered a remorse reason for returning it (I think that reason usually would fall under remorse) and you can safely decline it, but know that there is one big risk. The buyer could still go back to their credit card company and request a chargeback, and depending on the exact details, you could end up losing that and being out the money and the phone (and if you fight the chargeback, potentially a $20 fee as well). I'm not saying you definitely can't decline the return, but it's best to know the risks. eBay Seller Protections cover some types of chargebacks, but not all.
