I’ve sold plate’s for 285$, but haven’t got paid yet. I checked the buyers feedback after conversation on my pic, and the comments from another seller is really bad. I would like to just cancel the purchase, is it possible?

eBay charged you fees when the item sold and was paid for. That $50+ on the refund is coming from eBay, not you, as a way to credit back those fees. In the end you are not out any money. You can click that little info circle to see more.
Make sure you report the buyer for demanding something not included in the listing. Cancel as 'buyer requested' and add them to your blocked list.

You would need to wait 96 hours to cancel for nonpayment. Buyers cannot ask you to lie on a customs form. I would stop all communications with that buyer. You should also put that buyer in your blocked buyer list.

In addition to the above, that followup message you received seems to be hinting that they will be wanting you to change the delivery address to someplace other than what you receive with the payment. Do not do that.
You might want to consider just offering eBay International Shipping in future, so that you don't have to field requests like that for fake lower values on the Customs form. eBay takes care of the international paperwork.
I don't get the feeling that you are going to get paid here, which might end up being a good thing since this is not an honest buyer that you're dealing with. I think it's possible to cancel on the basis of the buyer making requests or demands not included in the sale, but you would be on more secure ground by just waiting for 96 hours to elapse since the end of the listing, after which you can cancel with the reason of Buyer Did Not Pay. (You will not be offered the Did Not Pay reason until after the 96 hour mark has passed.)
Do not send the buyer an invoice, as he does not need it for payment (he has all the necessary info for payment already), and doing so will extend the payment deadline by a fresh four days.

If they do somehow end up paying anyway, it does sound like they are setting up an intro to request that you ship to a different address other than what they had registered at the time of payment. Agree with the other posters entirely (block them, wait it out, do nothing until you can safely cancel). Just wanted to point out that if they do ask you to ship to a different address, then I believe the option of cancelling due to "problem with buyer's address" comes into play as well. Never ship to a different address other than what the buyer has registered at time of payment.
Good luck to you! 🙂

"Thank you for your purchase. I must inform you that the shipping label is automatically filled from your purchase by eBay and cannot be changed.
"If this is a problem for you I am willing to cancel the transaction, but the value of your purchase and your address will be taken from the invoice you received."
Rinse, repeat.
If the buyer understands, ship.
If the buyer continues to demand changes:
"Thank you for your purchase. I must inform you that the shipping label is automatically filled from your purchase by eBay and cannot be changed.
"If this is a problem for you I am willing to cancel the transaction, but the value of your purchase and your address will be taken from the invoice you received."
If the buyer continues, but the 96 hours before the payment deadline have not passed, you can send a slightly different message.
The shipping label is automatically filled from your purchase by eBay and cannot be changed. Should I take it that you want to cancel the transaction?"
Now.
Frankly, I would hope he continues to make his demands, because the Unpaid Item Dispute will give him a Strike and members with Strikes find it difficult to bid and buy on eBay.
While Cancellations leave no blowback and the buyer can still leave feedback.

Verify that the message you received is from the actual buyer.

Since no one else has mentioned it yet, just want to remind you that sellers are not allowed to leave negative feedback for buyers under any circumstances. Did you notice that those negative remarks left for this buyer by sellers were proceeded by a green doughnut? That's because, again, sellers aren't allowed to leave negatives. If the buyer is smart enough to report this, the neg wording is erased and the seller gets a "defect" . Don't begin your eBay career by breaking the rules.

Thanks a lot for many good advice!
So, when I cancel a transaction and sending refunds, is it a cost of about 50$ that I have to pay myself?
(I have informed the buyer and his fine with cancellation of purchase.)

No.
You do not pay to cancel or refund. That $56.01 charge is what ebay charges you if this were a successful, completed transaction. Cancellation or refund voids that. You owe nothing from a cancellation. It's just the fee amount ebay would have taken if the sale were successful and completed.
Glad everything seems to be working out for you 🙂

Be very careful as - all communication needs to occur on ebay. Once communication moves from ebay, it puts any kinda protection for the transaction in jeopardy. It also puts both your accounts in jeopardy also as it gives appearance ur moving transaction off ebay.
Further - only reason to move it away from the protections is to likely defraud someone. Never change the terms of the sale once it is agreed upon in ebay. As others have mentioned, ebay locks in & feeds all parts of the transaction & paperwork from the registered user data at the time of transaction. Any changes requested from that should be reported to ebay.
Should this transaction be cancelled, most of your fees for the successful sale should be refunded. The international fee & Final Value Fee may take longer or require additional effort, if refundable at all. ebay fights you in some cases for the minor fees being refunded. Be ready for some potential legwork to get those back if not refunded at same time.

a person who does this will also steal from the sellers.
