if a seller wants to sell only to buyers who have over 50, 100 ,500, or
1000 or whatever feedbacks with no disputes, no scams, chargebacks,
excessive returns etc..maybe problem sellers should pay a surcharge to
the seller if they have excessive retur...

that is why you buy insurance.if it lost then they have to pay you. i
would file claim just in case the buyer files INR claim and you might
get the money for the claim before it is delivered after you refund
