Buyer sends offer, you accept but transaction missing

This as happened to me twice this past week, a buyer sends me an offer on a item, I accepted the offer, it shows awaiting payment, then the same buyer buys a second item, so I'm thinking they bought 2 items, but first transaction is nowhere to be found, it shows it's still up for sale, and not awaiting payment on it...has anyone else had this happen?

Your timeline is a little confusing, but....

Accepting an offer should not even move the item to "Awaiting Payment"

When I accept an offer, there is no movement until the buyer pays...it just happened where I accepted an offer, and 30 minutes later another customer paid full price, proving the item was still available. I never saw it with Awaiting Payment status......

When an offer isn't paid it will remain as a live listing until the item is paid for.

Accepting an offer does not remove the item from sale anymore.

The item is still there for someone else to buy until paid for.

 this shows it's awaiting payment, I just removed the buyers name at the bottom
