Buyer says she ordered a pattern from me but ebay shows no purchases from her

Buyer says she ordered a pattern from me but I don't show any purchases from her.  I did check sold items and see another seller sold that pattern in the last 2 days.  I can't contact ebay because the pattern 

doesn't show up on my contact list.

No, the rules are different for buyers and have been for decades.

This holiday season almost same thing happened to me. Buyer messages me she received a sterling heart ornament from me, but ordered a sterling angel ornament. The package I sent showed delivered that morning. Panicked that I switched orders, because that week I fulfilled two heart orders and an angel order among many other ornaments.  I  printed a new label to send a replacement angel asap. I asked for photo of the heart so I could replace it for the other buyer, before they complained, BUT the heart in photo was not mine - Same maker, wrong year and wrong design. So I asked for a photo of the label and sure enough it was not my package.  Geez... My package with the angel was still in the mailbox.
