I sold an item to a purchaser in Australia. When trying to print the
shipping label it's asking for a tariff code. Is there a way I can find
this information? I've been searching all over!
Buyer says she ordered a pattern from me but I don't show any purchases
from her. I did check sold items and see another seller sold that
pattern in the last 2 days. I can't contact ebay because the pattern
doesn't show up on my contact list.
If you are using a poly mailer to ship an item First Class, can you ship
a 6" x 9" item (sewing pattern) in a 9 1/2" x 11 1/2" poly mailer? Just
wondering if there can be extra room or does it need to fit exactly?

26. I noticed First Class postage went down for 4 ounces, yet it

I always right clicked the photo and clicked 'save as' (put the name in)
and I could upload it to eBay. What am I doing wrong? I've had trouble
before, then it worked, and now it's not working again. I cannot figure
out what I am doing wrong!
