Post office said it was put on the porch in a black box where they put packages. I talked to her post office and it was put there. I don't know how to upload my receipt. I can't get a hold of Ebay. I've tried the automated button ,but can't talk to anyone. How do you get to talk to a real person ? She opened a refund request. I think she got the package ,and just doesn't want to pay for it. Any suggestions ?

Respond to the INR case and upload the tracking number showing the item was delivered.

The tracking number is on your Sold Listings column, just below the buyer's name. In the upper right of most pages ->
My eBay->
Selling->
Orders->
All Orders-> scroll down to purchase
Put the tracking number in the Claim.
Do NOT trust eBay to do this for you.
Put it in yourself.

You don't need to upload the receipt, just type in the tracking numbers into the case.

Since the tracking proves delivery, you do not have to refund, and the buyer is not eligible to receive one thru eBay’s Item Not Received claim. Is that the “refund request” you mentioned?
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a safe place for package delivery.
Good luck.

Did you enter your tracking number on your sold listing when you purchased the label? If not, some less than honest buyers may try to take advantage in hopes you don’t have tracking to prove delivery. As mentioned, be sure to enter the tracking in the not received case that was filed.

You don't need to talk to ebay.
If/when your buyer opens a INR (item not received) case,
Simply respond to the case and you MUST enter he tracking number that shows the item was delivered.
The case should close in your favor in a few days.

If your buyer opened an "item not received" case, you should have received an email from eBay requesting you to respond to your buyer.
On that email is a box for you to enter the tracking number -- you should definitely enter the tracking number on your own -- don't rely on eBay's bots to remember it!
You don't need to upload your receipt to record the tracking number -- the tracking number should have been automatically recorded on your "Orders" history at the time that you printed your label -- go to your "Orders" page, find the item in question, and look for where it reads "Tracking:" -- the long number below that is your tracking number.
If you purchased your shipping directly from the post office, your tracking number is also recorded on that receipt.
If you have misplaced that receipt, you will need to go to the post office from where you purchased the original shipping label, and see if they can look up the tracking number for you. You will need to know the correct purchase date, the buyer's address (at least the city & state), and approximate time of day that you made the purchase.
In the future, you should either consider purchasing your shipping directly through eBay (in most cases, it's cheaper than the post office, and the tracking number is recorded automatically); and keeping those post office receipts in a more reliable location.
Good luck.

Buyers do NOT win cases for item not received when the tracking clearly shows item was delivered. You Must upload the tracking info into the item not received case.

I got my label through ebay and mailed it at my post office. I have my receipt but couldn't figure out how to upload it to Ebay. It is so hard to understand how to upload. Ebay favored her because i couldn't upload it.It seems they should already have the tracking number. I couldn't get a hold of anyone at Ebay. I tried to talk to an agent, but it didn't work . I think she didn't want to pay for it. I wrote different times the tracking number, but they say i didn't upload it. Really upset !
