One of my buyers put a false negative rating. I have had over three hundred positive readings and this one negative lowered my buyer status to 92%. How does one rating lower it that much? I am in the process of having eBay delete it. I will have to wait and see.

Happens in the media daily. Ebay allows buyers to post whatever they want with very little regards to if its accurate or not.

Ebay should show buyers history when it comes to feedback.
How many returns made
How many non payments filed

I'm not clear why that would be removed but the percentage is based on the math for feedback ratings for the prior 1 year, not the numbers from day one.

eBay isn't going to delete it. You may want to ask the buyer to revise:

How does one rating lower it that much?
In your profile page right next to your feedback rating, there is a little circle "i" icon that explains exactly how feedback percentage is calculated:
The positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the total number of positive and negative Feedback ratings for transactions that ended in the last 12 months, excluding repeat Feedback from the same member for purchases done within the same calendar week (eBay time).
Note: This could mean that the number of ratings used for this calculation is different from the same number shown in the recent ratings table on the left.
Positives / (Positives + Negatives)
This member's 12 month Feedback ratings
Positives: 3 Negatives: 0
This member's positive Feedback percentage
3 / ( 3 + 0 ) = 100%
I am in the process of having eBay delete it.
eBay only removes negative feedback if it qualifies for removal. Unfortunately, "I don't think it is true" is not one of the criteria that qualifies feedback for removal. If it were, no one would have negative feedback.

There are two major issues with your listing.
First you listed it as New (other), here is the definition of New (other) right from your listing:
Second problem is that while you described the damage as a "The original box is creased on top and bottom" you only included one picture which does not clearly show the extent of the damage (you can just barely see that there is some damage to the top of the package.
The feedback is totally valid, when you are selling a collectible where the packaging is as critical as the condition of what's inside you MUST describe the damage accurately, you MUST provide a clear picture of the damage and you MUST use the appropriate condition descriptor, New (other) is NOT appropriate.

It appears valid but not all buyers are going to read or pay attention to FB unless it gets worse than yours.
But I think you need to rethink selling your items at auction. That buyer got a bargain, even at the condition it was actually in, and decided to kick your butt anyway. Far too many items are selling on one bid because there aren't two bidders.
Fixed price your collectibles, and properly describe the condition. Life will be easier.

This is explained in your in FB Profile - ya' have to clik on the O with the i inside next to your FB %age

"Absolutely no signs of wear" means that the ITEM has no signs of wear, not the box it's packaged in. This item is brand new.

I think ten out of ten buyers of collectibles would disagree. The packaging absolutely matters. You must not be a collector but you are selling collectibles.
Take responsabilty. And take better pictures.

Next you will trying to tell us that anyone who buys a Funko Pop immediately throws the packaging in the garbage!
I know a few people who buy these things, I have never seen a single one that was removed from the box.

FWIW I have a 19yo Granddaughter with a collection of Funkos all out of their box.
I have one on my desk, out of the box.
I would still describe the box condition when I was offering it for sale, and would be more conservative in selecting the condition. But I would also refrain from offering Funkos because I am too lazy to deal with the people that buy them. There are many things I will not offer because I view the buyers as high maintenance.

You wrote in your reply to the feedback...
"Please next time when you bid on an item, be sure to look at all the pictures so no other seller will get a negative rating from you."
The buyer will and probably does look at all the pictures, problem is you posted ONE pic of your item and you neglected to show different angles of the box damage. As others have suggested, box damage is "item" damage, as the item is the funko in the box, not the funko by itself.

Ouch, your reply to that neg will hurt you more than the neg itself, since you blamed and shamed the buyer rather than offering to appease them, such s refunding them if they return the item.
As others noted, your feedback percentage is based only on the 14 feedback that you have received in the past 12 months.
