One of my buyers put a false negative rating. I have had over three hundred positive readings and this one negative lowered my buyer status to 92%. How does one rating lower it that much? I am in the process of having eBay delete it. I will have to wait and see.

In many cases the original box in good condition is worth a lot more than the item itself.

You need to use more and better photos.
If the package is damaged, buyers want to see the damage, from different angles.
They won't remove it, it's been to long and it doesn't violate any policy.

Yup they sure did. Just not as MUCH of a score as they thought.
You can see the top crease is pretty bad from the photo though.
Apparently don't want to return for refund either.

Here's some advice, when you list items like this where the box, etc, shows damage, then list in good condition, and state "Box shows signs of wear." Then include clear pictures of each side of the box.
The whole idea is to NOT leave any room for these intolerant buyers to argue.
These Funk Pops are a magnet for whiny buyers who'll complain about a tiny scratch on the box and beg for a refund.
The boxes are made of cardboard and there is no perfect condition. It doesn't hurt to reflect this in the listing itself.
As for getting the feedback removed, its very unlikely given the circumstances. You might have had a fighting chance to get it removed had you taken more thorough pictures and better stated the condition of the item.

Totally off-topic, but heads up...
There are new rules for leaving feedback for buyers. You can no longer leave negative comments with a green donut like I see that you used to do. Watch that (now that you're selling again) or you'll have more problems. Good luck.

"new rule"
The policy in one form or aother has been around since 2008. A more explicit statement for 6 or 7 years!
