I just sold a phone on eBay it was a LG v30 and the title clearly states that Verizon 64GB cloud silver unlocked smartphone. And I copied the description from the Internet and it says 128gb and I forgot to insert up too 128gb and the buyer is bullying,me threatenint to get ebay involved. Yes, I should have read carefully the specs. But it clearly states in big bold that it is a 64 gb phone. I even offered to send them a free 64gb SD card. What should I do?

What does the buyer want?
Tell them to return it for a full refund.

Well then, be prepared to get a negative feedback and with your low fb rating, its going to hurt. Its up to you to describe your items accurately.

It sounds like your item was not as discribed. You should be more careful with you decriptions. You couldn't even spend two minutes to proof read your listing? I don't see how that is bullying. You had better try to work something out with the buyer.
As a buyer I find sellers who just throw copy and past into a listing without even reading it to be iratating. If I'm really, really interested in the item, I would send the seller a question to try and clarify excatly what the listing is for. But usually I just look for the item elsewhere, from a seller who can put together a more comprehensible listing.

I just got off the phone with ebay and they said that the item listed clearly states 64gb and its up to the buyer to know what they are purchasing and i offered for them to send it back. She said it states 100% that its a 64gb phone.

Good idea to have offered her a return. I don't think you'd be happy with the outcome if your buyer filed a SNAD.

With a low feedback rating an ID can be poisoned pretty quickly.
- Tell the buyer to return the phone for a full refund.
- If it's good enough to keep it's good enough to pay for
- Your mistakes are your responsibility
- Refund on return
- NO PARTIAL REFUNDS
By the way, this is one of seven IDs I hold, four of them for selling.
With such low feedback, you could stop selling on this one and use it for buying until the neg drops off in 12 months.
Meanwhile, list the returned phone on a new clean ID.
And Block the unreasonable buyer, although again, your mistake your responsibility.

I rarely suggest partial refunds as a corrective measure, but in this case i would do it. It was a mistake, $8 seems reasonable to appease the buyer.
