Buyer paid $0

I got a notification saying “Buyer Paid $0.  Time To Ship!”.  When I weeny in the app it just says buyer paid.  Should I ship or is the buyer a scammer?

Was this actually a notification from ebay? Is it in your account messages?

I certainly would not ship if the buyer paid $0.

Maybe an ebay app glitch?

Have you ever given your email address to a potential buyer? Scammers will often ask for this (or your phone number) in order to go around eBay and send you a fake invoice/receipt saying you have been paid.

suspect that is likely the item.

strange things happen on mobile devices.

OP may see something different elsewhere, like by going to their account to see what is going on.

I have no idea what you mean by 'weeny in the app' but I would never try to do business on a mobile phone. Log in to your account on a desktop or laptop and have a clear look at your Sold items page and see whats going on there. I would not trust anything I see in the app. I use it for buying only. My sales are strictly via desktop.
