Buyer left me a positive feedback by mistake obviously meant for someone else. It contains details that did not happen. This buyer's order just went out this morning. Because it's a positive, should I just let it go and not let it bother me?

But Biggie, but.... but.... we don't know that other seller we only know James. He's the best seller on ebay as it's been noted and there is billboards all across 🇺🇸!

Some buyers are:
1- Nice, and leave positives for almost any seller.
2- Rude, and leave negatives for almost any seller.
3- Normal, they don't care about feedback or think it's soooo last century. They may give product reviews.
4- Reserved. lol

Yeah, me too. Last one I received was, I sold a juice glass, buyer left feedback, "All discs worked great". LOL

I know it's funny to see that ... but I'll take green all day long ... regardless of what it's for! 😊

It does not violate any type of policy.
Buyers are allowed to state their opinion right or wrong..

Most people don't read the comment and compare it to the listing. TBH, I had difficulty even figuring out which feedback was for the wrong item!

It's a positive so they can't change it. Just bask in those 25***** they gave you.
I had one give a positive and thank me for the baby yoda included. Ummm... okay....

I've had this happen too where a buyer in FB has cited something I didn't sell them.
Just be glad it was a positive experience for them.

Why not explain to the buyer what happened and offer to send them a Feeback Revision Request form, although maybe they can't do that since it was a positive.
Request it be removed and replaced with a negative? You are joking, right?
