Buyer left me positive feedback by mistake.

Buyer left me a positive feedback by mistake obviously meant for someone else. It contains details that did not happen.  This buyer's order just went out this morning. Because it's a positive, should I just let it go and not let it bother me?

I didn't think a buyer could change positive feedback.

Just about everyone with a high feedback count has something like "great umbrella" when you sold them a mobile. I know I have a couple.

I have a few like that! 

I sell books and the last mistake I remember said they loved the beautiful "lamp" ...

as long as it was green, I was happy.  Yes, let it go.

 I had one recently like that and after my buyer received my item they wrote me to say how much they liked it, but couldn't find any way to give me feedback.  Only then did I mention the feedback they already gave me by mistake, which worked just fine in my book.

Why not just contact them and request it be removed and replaced with a negative?

I would contact the buyer and let them know.  Then they can give a glowing feedback to the seller of that item.

Depends on the seller. There are sellers here that would, no doubt, allow an errant positive to ruin their day/week.
