Buyer hasn't received the item...Payment disputed...77 DAYS AFTER TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED?!?!?!?!

I really don't understand what is going on with eBay these days. This order was placed on Nov. 19 and delivered Nov. 27.  They just now filed Item not delivered-Payment disputed. It has been 77 days since delivery......you only have 30 days after target delivery date to dispute unless I am mistaken.  And eBay is now holding my funds from almost 3 months ago. **bleep**.....I've been selling for 20 years so why don't you give me (the seller) the benefit of the doubt for once in your **bleep** life. You wonder why Sellers are **bleep** off and done with these BUYERS.

Since you are in managed payments, this sounds like a "Payment Dispute" made by the buyer through their payment source.  It could have been through PayPal, GPay, etc. or a credit card dispute.  In managed payments they are all called the same thing.  The time limits for these are not limited like claims made directly through ebay. 

Hopefully, the tracking still shows proof of DELIVERY, for that is what is required.  Even though you may have seller protection from eBay for this, the trend is to have you wait (and wait some more) until the case is decided by the financial entity used.

Chargebacks with PP can be filed for 180 days after the delivery. CC chargebacks are also lengthy. In the case of an INR (item not received) You must provide proof of delivery to win the chargeback.

USPS has some kind of archival service where you can get the proof of delivery even if it has been several months. I think you have to pay something to them to get that info, Not sure.

Go to the paper copy of the shipping receipt and put the number into the Dispute.

If you don't have a paper copy of the tracking number, accept the refund and start printing out those receipts in future.

shipping labels are available to view for 90 days.

click on the 'shipping labels' button on the left side of an ebay page to find your label to upload the tracking number onto the case.

it will then close if it shows 'delivered'.

reply with the tracking number showing delivered, within the time limit you have to apply and you should be okay , good luck

I had proof of delivery, and + feedback.

Tracking was entered, and the CCC found in favor of the buyer.

eBay "seller protection" covered me.

No funds lost. No $20 fee.
