If the buyer pays, ebay will say, shipping company/freight forwarder or not, there is no reason not to ship. Be aware, though, that there are International scams - just as there are domestic scams - that will get you coming and/or going. From the overall description you have provided, I would be quite leery of shipping anything that you can't afford to lose, plus expenses.
