Buyer has zero rating since 2014 and address is sketchy.

I sold an expensive item but the buyer either hasn't purchased anything in 6 years, or their feedback has reset in that time. I checked their address and it's to a sketchy shipping company right in my state. Is there any fear for me to ship? Thanks.
