Buyer finds a way around refund asking for a photo, but WHY???

I sold 3 folding fabric storage containers to a buyer.  A small ticket sale, but a sale nonetheless.  10 days after receiving the containers they send me an email "Not as described, refund and print a return label".

Ebay must have asked them to send a photo.  The photo they sent was of a table leg and a floor that had peeling paint!!  I guess ANY photo is acceptable as long as one is inserted.

Selling gets crazier every year.

To say the very least.  Hang in there.

The definition of malicious compliance.
How annoying.

Last year when eBay first started testing a setting that required buyers to upload pics on a SNAD, a seller on this forum got photos of dead ducks. A table leg with peeling paint is nothing.

Make sure you report the buyer @babsklassykloset.

GLORIOUS!
