Buyer doesn't want to buy and is not request for cancellation

Hello,

I have noticed 2 suspicious order yesterday, I believe it was suspicious because two buyers were from Israel and it happened within 5 minutes break. Both buyers haven't completed the payment so today I have contacted them that if they have not gone pay by tomorrow I will cancel their recent orders and look at the bright side, both accounts get back to me in the same time that asking me if I'm shipping the items to Israel, and in my shipping policy it clearly says that we only do ship US/Canada and EU based countries. So we have kindly asked them to request us a cancellation of the items to complete it without hurting our account. But they haven't completed this "simple" task for us. We believe that these both accounts are the same guy probably one of our competitors want to get hurt us, so our question is, how we can solve and report this behavior to eBay without getting hurt?

Thank you

Buyer doesn't want to buy and is not request for cancellation

You are going about this all wrong.

When a buyer doesn't pay, you don't ask them to ask you to cancel.

You file an unpaid item dispute. You can do this 48hrs after the listing ends and close it as "unpaid" 96hrs later. Cancelling lets these bad buyers off the hook. Filing an unpaid item case & closing it when they don't pay gets them an unpaid item strike and those strikes help prevent them form stiffing other sellers.

Buyer doesn't want to buy and is not request for cancellation

I just had a buyer from from Israel purchase from me last night. The product that he purchased cannot be shipped internationally and he was not charged a shipping cost. The buyer did not pay for the item as well. We received a message in the middle of the night asking that the order be canceled because we are unable to ship the item internationally then a negative feedback was left with the letter "j". Like yourself, we believe that our competitors. Thankfully the feedback was removed. For your case though, I do suggest that you open unpaid item cases in the future.

Best of luck!

Why would your competitors be targetting you? Specifically you?

And not another of the hundreds of battery sellers on eBay?

He can't even make a dent in your 90 000 positive feedback, not that FB is important any more.
