Google Translate?
Btw I speak English & you would also have to explain to me the meaning of "incorrect shipping address".

If you really need to communicate with the buyer, type your message and plunk it into an online translator. Then copy and paste the translation into a message to the buyer.

I think we are trying to get around the barrier of not enough info here.
What leads you to believe the buyers address is incorrect? If it's just because the computer says so that is not always true.
Also what langauge does the buyer speak. Someone here may speak their language and offer to help you write a communicato.

I have yet to see a translate site on the net that makes sense once it goes from one language to the next.
What is the language of your buyer. Maybe someone here can translate it for you.

Guessing you're trying to ship using eBay's system, and the address shows as "invalid"?
What I've taken to doing is to click "change" (address), move the pop-up box so it doesn't cover the original address on the left margin, screenshot so the buyer can see 1) there is a problem and 2) where the problem is (it'll show you what line the issue in on that is causing the problem). Send that screenshot to the buyer.
If it persists and the buyer still doesn't understand, simply cancel the order with "problem with buyer's address". No harm to you except you lose the sale.
