I sold something and the buyer already received the product but now they are saying that the purchase was unauthorized even though it wasn’t and I talked to the buyer. There is also no way for my to get the item back what do I do? They already send a dispute.

If they have filed a dispute with eBay then open the dispute and enter the tracking number. You say you talked to the buyer. Was it through eBay messaging? If it was and if anything they said sort of confirmed the order include that in your response.
If the tracking shows it was delivered to the address on your eBay screen eBay will close the dispute in your favor.

Not what happens on an unauthorized dispute......... Ebay will have to accede to the Financial institution's decision.....which may be in favor of the buyer and will refund the money from you. At which point you will have to appeal the decision and they will refund the money to you under seller protection, since they told you it was ok to ship.... If you were charged the $20 fee, that will also be refunded.
This assumes you shipped to the address ebay gave you and that you had signature required if it was over $750.

First, you're selling a digital item you don't own.
Second, you have no tracking to prove the buyer received the item, so you'll be refunding.

Digital item transferred online , no tracking
Sorry to say but you will be refunding this one

Respectfully disagree. I have had a few of those over the years. If I input the tracking number and show proof of delivery then eBay will refund the buyer OUT OF THEIR OWN MONEY. The 2 step process you describe never comes into play. I do NOT lose anything.
The trick of course is to have the tracking and proof of delivery on sales older than 90 days. Neither eBay nor the post office has those available.
BUT Pirateship keeps a record of every label I have ever purchased, along with the proof of delivery, all the way back to the day I opened the account. I have never lost one of those types of cases.

@richard1rst In my experience......what you say is true on a normal not received claim, the difference is the chargeback for not authorized........ wherein a credit card co is involved.......

Does not matter. eBay refunded the buyer WITHOUT taking the money out of my account because I was able to show proof of delivery. eBay's much maligned "seller protection" actually DOES work. More than once. If you do it right.

Yes, by all means. That is your proof they ordered it.
