Buyer can't pay, should I cancel?

OK, I just want to make sure, if I cancel transaction and pick buyer requested, will I get my final value fees back?

yes, but be sure the cancel request was in an ebay message.....

yes, you will get your Ebay fees back. If you got a message saying your buyer can't pay that is all you need. If you were paid via Paypal I am not sure what they will do, you might even get a double whammy and pay a fee to refund the money.

ok, fyi, when I selected buyer requested, it cancelled and told me that my fees would be returned. Thanks for all your help.
