The strangest buyer address

I've gotten a few weird ones that don't get rejected by ebay shipping labels, but this one is a new front runner. His shipping address is "$60.00 or best offer". Ha ha.

The funny thing is that the buyer paid around $36 for the item (this fixed price listing doesn't even have OBO). I should send them an invoice for $24, haha.
