So I have a situation with a buyer who purchased several copies of an item I have available.
Each one of his purchases are to different names and different addresses and he's requesting no invoice inside the box that shows the price (hint).
I asked him via message why the request for no invoice and why do all 3 of his purchases have different addresses?
His reply is that they're gifts so I asked him again to confirm that infact that is not his address which he acknowledged. Isn't this against the rules? Ebay specifically states to not ship to a verified address, paypal says the addresses are verified but how can they be if they're 3 different names and 3 different addresses Aside from his persona own info? This seems like he's buying my copies and selling them to people elsewhere which is why he's asking me to not prove price via invoice.
Seems like a huge risk for me to even consider shipping any of these items specially since they're costly ($150) What can I do?

Unless things have changed, the item can be stated as not recieved if it does not go to the PayPal address, which is the one that really counts for protection (usually it is the same as the eBay address, but once in a while it is different). I have requested customers to update the address at least in the eBay side. I have not had this happen for multiple sales to one person though. I have also send to gift addresses after chatting, and even wrapped stuff for someone's mom. If you are not sure, and you have other cancellations, call ebay to get their final answer. They can put a note on your history in case the different addresses come back to bit you.
Also, I am always reluctant to type in an address myself, not use what is there on the print area, because if you mess up anything it is one more way to get a complaint if it is wrong.

My worries come from whoever it is I'm sending these packages to claiming they didn't get them as described then wanting to return them. I wouldn't know of this until my buyer contacts me, not his buyer and who knows in what condition I'd be getting the items in (if even complete) as they are brand new sealed. I take pictures of everything I ship and thruout the packing process. I will be shipping them with Signature confirmation and insurance.
As I often do with expensive items. On My end I'm doing everything possible to protect myself but I've also been burned by ebays incompetence and one sideness when it comes to agreeing with buyers all the time.
Hence why I asked some clarification on this here.
The final addressees have no skin here. The transactions are between you and the (single) buyer.
They would have to contact your buyer if there was an issue. They can't contact you directly.
Your buyer would then have to open a Return.
The return label would be issued for the address on the order under the buyer's account.
Your buyer would have to figure out how to get that label to the addressee and how to get the addressee to use it within 5 days.
If this was a single transaction, I am willing to bet that you would never even have noticed the address ....
How are any of your concerns different from any other sale?

Picutres are useless. People can take a picture and then ship something else. Just remember, ebay will always side with the buyer. Same as when they send back a different item than the one they bought.

If you have to type in a different address from the one they have on file, it is NOT that simple.

That isn't what is being discussed here.
We are not talking about a seller manually changing an address.
We are talking about a valid ship-to address entered at time of checkout by the buyer.

It is if the gift recipient's address is the one on the payment. No one has recommedd the OP change the address from what is listed there. It also does not have to match the buyer's ebay address.

It's fine.

Your only concern is to have Delivery Confirmation to the address received with the PayPal payment... which is true of any sale, really. If your total sale is less than $750, you don't need Signature Confirmation, nor would that give you any additional benefit over the standard Delivery Confirmation to that location. (For sales above $750, SC is required to maintain seller protection against an Item Not Received dispute.)
As for photos of you packing the shipment, that would have no bearing on a dispute from the buyer (or buyer's buyer, if it comes to that), as eBay doesn't get into the middle of he-said/she-said disputes over what was shipped vs. what was received. They simply tell you to refund, either with or without getting the disputed item back first (your choice).
