Hi! I recently upgraded to a business account, and the fee for upgrading was already deducted. However, I am still at a selling limit of 100. What do I need to do to fix this? Thank you!

Opening a store (depending on the level) will possibly give you more free listings, but it will not change a selling limit if your account has one for being rather new.

What fee? Do you mean you opened a store?
There is no way to "buy" an upgrade in limits.......you can request it here.....

There's no fee for upgrading to a business account, but there is a fee each month for a store, which I see that you have.
You can't "buy" an increase in selling limits, so it doesn't matter if you have a personal or business account, or a store. The only way to get an increase in selling limits is to earn it, by successfully completing transactions without getting any customer complaints or defects.
This page explains more about selling limits, with instructions about how to request an increase, if you're eligible yet. Give this a try.

You have 85 items listed. You dont need a store.
At this point you are wasting $$.
Selling limits are different than listing limits.
You will get increases in "selling limits" as you sell and manage your account per eBay policies.
A store will not do that for you.
Hopefully you signed up for a store with Month to Month so you can cancel without big fees and not lose $ every month since you can only list 100 items a month.

I used the wrong wording - sorry! I upgraded to a Basic Store. The fee for this was deducted but I have not seen an increase in selling limit.

And you won't until you have more transactions completed successfully and eBay raises your limits. As has been explained to you, you can't buy your way to higher listing limits.

@mamasellspnw a Store does NOT give you a selling increase.
Your selling limit will increase as you manage your sales properly.

Subscribing to a store doesn't change your personal listing/selling limits.

Thank you for responding! What is the difference between selling limit and listing limits?

same thing- no difference. Listing is selling and you can't sell what is not listed.
