Hello, I am looking for a little guidance. I have a buyer who wants to purchase 4 of my items for 1 pre-nrgotiated price (including shipping). How do I make this work? Thanks for any advice.

Set up another listing @banini113 with the 4 items, with offers accepted but at a really high buy it now price.
Then accept when that only that buyer sends an offer at the agreed price, and not any other buyers.

OK Great idea. Thank you!

I've done a lot of these types of sales. Once the total price with shipping has been agreed to have the customer buy and pay for each item and refund the overpayment. I've never had a customer reject making the purchase. Just makes for a lot less work.

I always wondered what happened to my Uncle Louie. He just kind of disappeared. Good to know he is alive and well and selling on eBay apparently.

Take the items down and make a group lot with agreed shipping. I usually title my listings "Custom Listing by Sin-n-Dex" when I do this for a buyer, so that other buyers don't stumble upon it and purchase. Some have suggested putting best offer and a high price so that you reject anyone who isn't the buyer you made the agreement with.
