Thanks to Ebay for the loosening of this rule but there is little detail in the announcement. Please provide clarification.
1. Do new listings still have to wait 14 days before being added to a markdown?
2. Does editing a listing still restart the 14 day eligibility clock?

And if yes to each, knock it off. The crazy drops in sale will continue and people may not come back after heading to your competitors this week and however long this goes on.
We relsit/sell similar 75% of our rare/NOS items and are making more and more money for ebay and this is/will continue to hurt us and you.
Perhaps make rules that do not apply to vintage/collectable sellers? We do business completey different than amazon and walmart sellers and only ebay has us at this point. We dont have to be 90% of your business to want to keep us. As the new commodity competition heats uo between the big retailers, you still have a working sector that isnt affected by most of it.
There is a recession coming, the housing market is starting to show, so all of retail will be hit. People will get tight with their wallets for typical stuff but the people who frequent the collectors are well healed and arent as down as the rest. During a recession, while most people are sweating, the wealthy buy up anything of value that will increase once through it. Art and collectables go through the roof. You probably want to keep those dealers here vs wherever will inevitably pop up should chaos continue. Without some flavor in the business, your just like the others but probably not even close to amazon. Even if the point is increase the value and to sell this company, its a valuable subset of people gathered from the art and collectables world.

Housing market isn't slowing in my area and none of the reports I read talk of an impending recession before 2020. You do realize these occur frequently to stabalize the market right?
