I don't think videos will help sell your dollar store items.

I don't use videos, & I have not heard that many positives from those who do use them, It would be entirely your choice, & The TikTok thing may not be wise to use considering it sounds like it will be banned.

I doubt it, but if you do, no redirects allowed.

It will be unlikely to increase either impressions or views because it will only be available when the item is viewed.
You have a selection of products which are common among sellers from Sri Lanka, suffer from the costs and time for shipping, and would be not very attractive to most American buyers.
Your problem is your products, and their competition.

I have only ever used video if it can show something that a still photo can't. Examples: Items with motion such as wind up toys or 'motion' Christmas ornaments, to show that the mechanism is working, and things like opal jewelry where it shows the color better as the light hits it while it's moving. As others have said, no one will ever see the video unless they open the listing.

Views are ONLY 'boosted' once a potential buyer has CLICKED on your item, then they can see pictures/videos, so the answer is an overwhelming NO!
It will NOT boost views (or impressions, in case that was your next thought). It only SIMPLY may help someone want to purchase AFTER they have already 'clicked' your item.

As others have stated before...nothing you can do with what you have listed will increase sales in the USA. A video of something they can buy locally for way way less isn't going to change that.
I read in a previous reply on a previous post of yours that maybe you should source things to sell that are unique to Sri Lanka. Your country has a very interesting history and as said before, no other Sri Lankan sellers seem to be capitalizing on that.
You may have to take a loss on current inventory by selling it locally while at the same time replacing inventory with items unique or historical to your locale.
