If you block a bidder, will they still be able to send emails? I have a member who keeps sending me emails that I don't feel I should have to answer and I want to be able to keep them from sending them to me.

If by emails you mean eBay messages, then adding the buyer to your blocked list, or blocking them through the actions menu on the message, you will prevent future messages from that buyer making it through to your inbox.
If by emails you mean the buyer got ahold of your off-eBay email, then you can block them through your email account settings.

It was through ebay and I just blocked future emails, but I'm going to add them to my blocked members list also. Thanks for your help!

But sellers can email customers to their alias email. This doesn't show up in messages and is directly to email.
Not sure if this is still a thing, however my integration software still records these personalized email alias and sends notifications to them.

You can Block a member and communication with that member.
You never have to respond to any email or Message.
If you respond to a Message the member can continue to communicate for another 30 days.
Don't respond.
Block and block communication.
Don't delete the Messages, just file them. Just in case.

In Buyer Requirements, there is a setting to block the messages of names on your block list. (If you have been in a transaction with them, it will take awhile for this setting to be effective for that ID.)

I suggest reading the below linked post for an update to this info @fashunu4eeuh as things have recently changed.

Thank you. I had not been in a transaction with them, so everything has been taken care of.
